Step 1 - Explore. The first step in our process involves an in depth exploration of the client's business and target markets. This is accomplished through client meetings and interviews as well as a detailed creative brief.
Step 2 - Define. Step two outlines all the creative, technical and functional aspects of the project. For web and interactive projects the information architecture takes place at this point and can include the use of site maps, wire frames or process flow diagrams. In addition, timelines, deliverables and expectations are set during this portion of the project development.
Step 3 - Design & Development. Time to make things look pretty, and then make it work across all platforms. The design takes form at this point based off of the creative direction of the client from step 1. After the designs are completed and approved we then move to the development stage and execute the solution. Quality is our top concern and the last portion of this step makes sure that the interactive solution works across all platforms and browsers effectively and that all aspects are tested before launch.
Step 4 - Launch & Evaluation. The last step in the process launches the project and is used to evaluate the design, process or solutions that were crafted for the client.
